Analysing application documents
Subject-matter verification as per the pre-defined requirements and completeness. At the end of the first stage, we invite successful candidates by phone to the second stage of the recruitment process.
Job interview
with an employee of the HR Department and the prospective superior. We provide information on the company and the job and listen to the candidate’s expectations. During the interview, we may ask the candidate to perform certain tasks. The candidate may be invited to an additional meeting.
Employment proposal
For the best suited candidate based on the CV, job interview and references.
