Due to the extension of the offer for another product - electricity, we have decided to implement the innovative and proven tool IRIS Multi Energy System, which will improve the performance of our traders. It is an innovative and comprehensive system supporting customer service for electricity and gas suppliers.
We are pleased to announce that this week we have signed an agreement to implement this solution. As a part of its operation sales support modules (CRM) and customer billing (Biling) as well as additional modules such as change of supplier, acquisition measurement data or EBOK will be launched. The solution will be launched in the Microsoft Azure cloud, in the SaaS model (System as a Service).
